The cool design is outweighed by the dissapointments. The rubber earpieces fall off after a few months of use, and once they come off, they keep falling off. The sound quality is marginal for the person you are calling (it transmits sounds to your ear quite well). I've had people complain that it sounds like I'm in a tunnel. Oh, and forget about using it on a windy day. It picks up quite a bit of wind noise.

The biggest dissapointment is it's durability. I hold the record, since mine lasted through about 12 months of "every other day" use. My cousin's went south after two months. My buddy had one which died after about four months. It appears that the internal wiring at the jack fails, resulting in clipped sounds and finally no sound at all.
