Stars Great except for laser
This works extremely well right out of the box with no software to install. The unit is very small and fits comfortably in your hand. The only problem, as others have noted, is that the laser is a bit to weak, so I carry the remote and a different laser.

The one I purchased arrived defective. It took customer service almost 2 months to fully correct the problem and send another unit.

When it works, it's a great device. Good range and has the key features for a good presentation.

Stars Interlink Navigator prone to interference
Good product for the most part, however on two occasions the Presenter quit functioning in the middle of slide shows due to RF interference. We are looking at the 2.5 ghz model in the hopes that will be less prone to stray RFI. Next show we will have both an IR and a RF remote.
