| Do not sneeze around this cheaply constructed product or it might crack! Extremely thin plastic construction.I have already cracked the dvd receptor and there are times that it will not open up to load or unload. |

More than I was expecting... |
This was a second DVD player for a second TV. I have another cheap DVD player, an Apex, that isn't too terrific but gets the job done in the livingroom.
This Malata player is sleek and cool-looking. It does a great job playing any media I put in it. I was impressed with the quality for the price. My only complaint is I still haven't gotten my rebate! |

good value for the money |
| Bought this as a 2nd dvd player for a 2nd TV. Wanted something inexpensive ($25 after rebate!). So far so good, although after reading some of the other reviews I probably shouldn't get too comfortable with it. Picture quality is good and has enough features to get the job done. Only complaint is the remote -- very tiny buttons that are hard to access and are not well-labeled. |
